Start of game & end of game boosters

Hi all, apologies if this has already been asked. I have an issue with Candy crush Saga, at the start of a level I no longer get the option to watch a video advertisement to gain a free booster or 3 extra moves. The same as when the level ends, I no longer get the option to watch 3 video advertisement for extra moves and a booster. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6Lite, the game is up to date in the Google Play store, current version of the game is 1.277.1.1. I have lots of storage available. I really don't know what to do. Anybhelp would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Hi thank you for your response. It's frustrating and a little strange as the video ad feature is still currently available on my wife's iPad when she plays the game. But that's ok, thanks again for your response, really appreciate it.
