How do I retrieve my bonuses and friends?

On trying to buy extra moves or access the shop I was getting the never-ending circle… I restarted my device, etc but I did an uninstall and reinstall. I retrieved my progress but have "lost" my friends and lives and all my bonuses…

The Gold bar's only you gets how much you stored rest all you can't
