I've sent my son lives in candy crush saga but he has not received a life in weeks.... what is the issue?

Some players are experiencing issues with receiving & sending lives!! I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and find out what's going on!


** If you are playing the game on a computer - Facebook browser version, please use this link to send your complaint —>  https://soporto.king.com/contact

** If you are using mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "Technical & Connection issues" and click on it;
• Click on "what should I do if I am not receiving messages…..";
• Check & try if any of the tips help your son with the issue. If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and Submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email first, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can (If you have any screenshots or screen recordings to show that your son is not receiving lives, that would help them). An agent will be contacting you within 72 hours (depending how busy they are)!

Hope the issue in your son's game gets resolved and he will receive lives again🍫🍫
