How do I get back on my account once I reinstalled the game

Did you save your game before either with Facebook OR King account? If so, once you reinstall the game, all you need to do is log in again with your account and all your progress will be back.
If you did not save your game, you will have to contact King Player Support team and request to restore your levels. They will be able restore your level progress manually. You can follow the steps provided in this (Green lettered) link —> How to contact Support team to restore lost Progress

I really liked being able to earn gold bars, but that features seems to be gone now.

I noticed that the musical event disappeared while I was playing the last set (9) I finished but I didn't get any rewards because the event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
