Did you save your game before either with Facebook OR King account? If so, once you reinstall the game, all you need to do is log in again with your account and all your progress will be back.
If you did not save your game, you will have to contact King Player Support team and request to restore your levels. They will be able restore your level progress manually. You can follow the steps provided in this (Green lettered) link β> How to contact Support team to restore lost Progress
