Are you still having issues connecting your game to Facebook? If yes, could you please try deleting again both the game app and Facebook app and also clear the Safari cache:
- Open Settings: Start by opening the Settings app on your device.
- Safari: Scroll down and tap on 'Safari' to open the Safari settings.
- Clear History and Website Data: Scroll down and you'll find the 'Clear History and Website Data' option. Tap on it.
- Confirm: You'll see a confirmation message warning you that history, cookies, and other browsing data will be cleared. This action cannot be undone. Tap 'Clear History and Data' to confirm.
Once this has been done, install the game app first, connect it to your Facebook account and see if it works.
By the way, do you happen to have a King account? If yes, what happens if you try to connect the game to your King account?

I tried all that again and still nothing. I do have a King account that I just got so when I log in the game starts at level 1
