Level 10565 has no way to generate enough chocolate to free the 2nd Dragon. I've done everything I can, eliminated all the keys prior to destroying the first chocolate, but no more ever spawn, therefore rendering the level unbeatable.
Hello @TonyLendl and welcome to the community! No, this level is not broken. You need to be careful to NOT destroy any of those keys. The chocolate has to swallow them, which will unlock the cages and that is the only way to create enough chocolate on this level. Check out this video .
