Level 15000 at IPad but Level 1 on IPhone and Banner 15000

I'm at level 15000 and mostly play on my iPad. After the profile picture, 14000 banners and friends were gone, I updated my login details. I logged out on the iPhone and logged in again, I stay at level 1, but the banner 15000 is there! At level 1!

    I have written to support and in the community countless times. But I don't get an answer. This isn't funny anymore. Since the last update I have lost friends, banners, profile pictures and the ability to log in via Facebook. Despite the new update, everything still doesn't

    Hello @NiFu You have done the right thing here starting your own new post on this. It is more likely to catch the eye of the moderators than adding a comment to an existing post, which is probably why your other posts did not get answered.

    I can see your problem, though unfortunately I myself can't help as I don't understand how the game works on Facebook. Let me try to tag @QueenB and @PummyRaj for you on this one. They won't be back until after the weekend though.

    With your emails to Support, did you try to always reply to the emails you got? It is best to reply to each email stating that the answer was not helpful, rather than creating a new enquiry.

    I hope you will get some help soon!

    I don't know how many times I've asked for help on all channels, but nothing happens! Still profile picture gone, friends gone, no Facebook login possible. I just passed level 15000, but still didn't receive a banner or reward. I find it really sad that you don't get help.

    I'm sorry it has taken us a while to get back to your but just wanted to check according to your last message, has the issue been fixed? Is your avatar back and are you able to connect to Facebook and see your friends?

    yes i get help from the Support and the Problem was, i had have 2 Login Mails. The Synchronisation didnt work. I deleted 1 Mail login. Now everything is ok.
