yes that’s the one, the friend ask a friend for help. Ok i understand now that it’s a test. Thats a great feature

Hello @mari2707 Do you mean the Help a friend feature? I have seen this in my game and believe it is a test feature. King ask you to help a player who is stuck on a level but that player has not themselves asked for help. I don't know of any way that a player can ask another player for help in the game of Candy Crush. We can try to help you with advice, but if you are hoping to receive some help in the way of passing the level for you or giving you boosters to help pass a level, this is not possible.
