I can’t get to that place my game froze 3 days ago UVE lost over 400 bars and Biut 40 boosters. For 3 days I’ve been reasearching. Everything I’ve tryed everything I did delete the app. and try yo reinstall it from the cloud icon next to game people tell me ur should have worked but the screen shot ur showing is where I need to be why can’t I get to that page believe me I’ve tryed everything I’m wondering if it has to do with Apple but who knows I Jinny stuff is saved but because I deleted it I’m wondering if that will make me lose everything. And help anybody?? Appreciate it. Lynne

I need my member ID th he one under my pic DINCE I’m locked out now three days support told me to get my id number. Can someone point to snywhere that I can get my id appear I see under other peoples comments it automatically shows thier user I’d. What can I do to get mine to pop up there has to me way I can get that it’s the last thing I need from support says. Thank u if anyone can help me. Lynnette
To get your user ID you need to go into settings then "my account" and double click on the King logo at the top.
