how do I get the birds in 9064. Need to break loose but how

If so, to release the dragons you need to to do the following:
1. Remove the skulls.
2. Charge the frog and use it to open one of the licorice shells (usually the left one).
3. Charge the frog again and place it on the red striped candy to clear the marmalade covering the dragons. This needs to be done before collecting the second licorice shell, otherwise the stripe will slide down. The frog can be charged using the color bomb released by the first licorice shell.
4. Charge the frog one more time and use it to open the second licorice shell.
5. Collect the keys.
In the screenshot above, I removed the skulls and the frog is ready to be charged. But first, I use the wrapped+wrapped combo I managed to create to open the left licorice shell.
Two dragons have been released and I now have another color bomb. Now I will match the color bomb with the orange candy to charge the frog.
… And place it right on the red stripe in the center. Four more dragons have been released.
Luckily, I have a color bomb next to a purple candy. The frog can be charged immediately and then used to open another licorice shell.
If I move the frog right below the licorice shell, the color bomb will drop right away and I will be able to charge it. I am planning to use the frog to collect the key (I have two on board, but I only need one). Often keys are collected while charging the frog multiple times, but here it didn't happen.
The key was collected by cascades after the frog was charged, and I won.
Obviously, luck is necessary to pass this level, you need to get a good board that allows you to deal with the skulls quickly. But, when you know what to do, it seems like it's not that bad. I made seven or so attempts and came close three times before winning.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
