With regards to the Ads - it is a special feature and not all players receive them at the same time. Once a group of players receive this feature, after certain period of time, it will be moved to other groups of players. I am thinking that's what might have happened in your game too!
Please don't worry! Make sure that your game is always updated to the latest version; your device has latest software version and has at least 2 GB free space on the memory; and you are active in the game. All these will help you to receive this feature again.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
