Progress on Candy Royale Lost

I had reach level 15 of 16 on Candy Royale (where you win a nominated number of levels on the first try to win gold bars), but then the progress just disappeared! I even purchased a piñata for 28 gold to get through the level. The win tally was at 57 bars when it dropped out, so including the piñata, I effectively lost 85 gold bars! Can this be recovered?

I also got to the last place to collect 167gold bars and another time 67 gold bars and l didn't receive those gold bars. How do l retrieve them?l am so angry with the loss.

• Look for "Candy Royale" and click on it;
• Check if there is any information about missing reward. If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
