I had reach level 15 of 16 on Candy Royale (where you win a nominated number of levels on the first try to win gold bars), but then the progress just disappeared! I even purchased a piñata for 28 gold to get through the level. The win tally was at 57 bars when it dropped out, so including the piñata, I effectively lost 85 gold bars! Can this be recovered?

I also got to the last place to collect 167gold bars and another time 67 gold bars and l didn't receive those gold bars. How do l retrieve them?l am so angry with the loss.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced with Candy Royale race! For missing rewards, you will have to contact the King Player Support team and request for your missing reward.
** If you are playing the game on Facebook Browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,), please use this link to send your complaint —>
** If you are using a mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps to send your complaint⬇️- Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
- Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
- Scroll down till you see "Events" and click to open it;
- Look for "Candy Royale" and click on it;
- Check if there is any information about missing reward. If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
- Fill the form and send your complaint.
