No extra moves

When I run out of goes on a game it usually asks me to watch a video for extra moves . It just shows the little circle going round as if it's trying to connect but nothing happens. Also does the same when I click for the shop. Very frustrating as I often only need one more go to complete the level. Any advise please. I'm playing on a Samsung phone as always .

i don’t get any free lives i noticed it after i spent money i don’t anymore it’s not fair . I won’t pay any money again but now i can’t advance it’s a conspiracy

Oh, you can make friends who play this game to get life, you can share friend link Facebook and here, you can also click friend profile and request life in game..
