Reset my game to level one please

Hello, I in level #1192. Not in Facebook, on the King App. I downloaded. I am a Cancer patient, and have been playing now from bed, or the hospital. I have spent more then $400 here in past 2 months. 😔 I tried scrolling back, but it takes forever at this level right. Yes I am addicted to this game. Please help me.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about your situation and hope you’re finding some comfort in playing the game. I understand that you want to reset your game to level one.

If yes, I will be happy to help you and in order to proceed, I will need the Game ID. To find it, please follow these steps:

Open the game and tap the 'My Profile' on the Start Menu:

You can also tap the Settings in the right upper corner on the game map...

...and select the 'My Profile' button here.

On your game profile page, double tap the King logo above...

...and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your Game User ID.
