How do you ask for help on a hard level from other players?
Hello @macxmama and welcome to the community! There no specific strategy to pass this level. Obviously you need to get those keys early and then create combos of special candies to bash your way through all those blockers. So sit tight and wait for your lucky board or pay the gold bars as the game wants you to. I have written some general advice on legendary levels here:

Okay, now this one is insanely lucky…. a double colour bomb dropping just by itself…. Well it's a great illustration though of how rigged this game is. If you don't get such luck, ask yourself why: King have become mean and want us to start spending money on this game.
I can't beat level 3334 someone please help!! Any suggestions?

We cannot ask our friends to play a level for us, because it is actually the game system that sends us requests to pass a level for our friends.
All I would suggest you is to keep playing the level without using any boosters (not wasting your lives), and hopefully, after certain number of tries, the system will be triggered and ask your friends to play your level for you.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
