Stuck at chocolate box screen

when I open app, this is as far as I can get The “continue” button is not active. Can’t close or exit this screen. This has been going on several days I have done hard reset of iPhone.
this happened last week and seemed to resolve after several days. The game worked for a little while, but now it’s stuck here again

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Chocolate box screen!

Thank you for the screenshot and mentioning that you are playing on an iPhone! I have seen few more complaints regarding this issue! I will report to our Community In-charge on Monday and see what they say.

In the meantime, please make sure that you have the latest version of the game App as well as latest version of iOS as well! For now to get rid of that "inactive" continue button, I would suggest you to "off load" the App (not delete) and see if that helps!
