Missing boosters and gold bars

First off I forgot my email and password. I have texted you at least 7 or 8 times. I still have not received a response. I even left a message on your phone. Please help me! I am even stuck on a level because I don’t have my boosters or gold bars. Please, I am tired of trying to get in touch with you.
