Extra Moves Starting Over

I remember this happening in the past, but thought it was fixed. However, it has started again. When playing on my desktop, through Facebook, I'm stuck on a Legendary Level. On my phone and Ipad, they give you extra moves when you don't complete the level. I have 125 extra moves on my phone. However, on my desktop, each time I close facebook, the extra moves restart at 5, instead of accumulating, like through my phone or ipad. Anyone else experiencing this?

I do not have this feature in my game! Hence, I have no idea how the feature works🤔

Hello @PummyRaj I don't have this feature on my desktop. I no longer play on my tablet or phone as I don't like playing in portrait mode.

Possibly don't have the feature as I only play old levels on my browser, through Facebook. As I am at the highest level, I play the weekly new releases on the Win10 version

Hi @PummyRaj I don't use Facebook so couldn't say for sure about the issue. The issue is more likely to be a windows issue though because many a Windows user has posted before about the lack of extra moves on that platform.

Hi @PummyRaj I no longer play via Facebook or Windows so unfortunately I can't help. I think Alienscar has given good examples though.

I only play on my iPad and iPhone and on both of these extra moves accumulate until I get offered about 250 or such a ridiculous amount. I am sorry but have no experience with Facebook at all @PummyRaj

When playing on Facebook I am not playing the new levels so I do not think that I will get to that point of the extra moves. I have opened a browser that I have not used in a long time and received a great number of extra moves, something like 115, which of course I could not use. In fact, I used to not believe that a player could get so many extra moves! Same deal with my mobile, can't play the new levels so, have not experienced the exta move deal.

Sorry, I can't help with this issue either. I play on a tablet but not through Facebook. My extra moves keep increasing to about 250.
