Can u get my money back.

Question

I made a purchase today and I got a popup that there went somthing wrong and that there no money was taken from my bank account. So I did the same again. I wanten to by golden bars for 2.99. At the second time I got the same faalt anouncememt. So I checkt my bank account and there was taken two time's 2.99 euro of, of it. But the purchase want sucsesfull. So I list 6 euro and misted extra golden bars and all my powerups. But how can I get my money back.

I am assuming that you are using a mobile device to play the game/for purchases.  For that rest of the amount, I would suggest you to contact the Customer Support directly from your game by following these steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* In the Help Center, go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
* Select the option that best suits with the issue and click on it;
* Follow the steps & directions provided there.

I followed the steps and for one purchase I can can ask a refund off. But at the last one is saving that the purchase was canceled. But the amount if 2.99 euro was still deducted from my bank account. So when I can't ask a refund how Will I get my money back.
