I passed a level, but game did not acknowledge it.

I finished a segment and got the acknowledgment that the last level was completed. So I closed the game. When I returned, game said my winning streak was zero! It had been FIFTY!

It also bounced me out of a double top tier Royal.

NOT RIGHT. I got the notice pop-up that the level was completed!

I am very sorry to hear about the issue. All you can do is to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and see if they can help you out with anything!

I know that they cannot help with with the win-streak as it is not possible to manually restore it! And, same with the Royale Race win! But, request them if they can help with moving you to next level🤞
