I can’t connect my game to App Store

have been having this problem for weeks now. There is no point in even opening the game with only daily boosters & the occasional “Sweet Cinema” ad, even the “Season Pass” is nowhere to be found. Will this ever be fixed?

25/07/24 Still not working
I started this account a few days ago after playing on another account for 10 years. I keep having connection issues on this one, I only play this one on a laptop so not connected on a phone. Very frustrating.
I have purchased gold bars, completed level twice, but game keeps making me repeat the same level, even though I passed the level and the game took my gold bars, but didn’t progress me forward.
For your information I am currently unable to play new levels because for the past few days, on and off, I have been getting the dreaded "contacting app store" screen as well, on both of my iOS devices. So now starting a tricky level and using boosters is a gamble, because you never know if you will get to finish it. I have saved up enough gold bars to play on, and many levels are designed to be passed by using gold bars, so this is a strategy I now cannot use. This is a major, major issue which needs fixing urgently. Surely it must be costing King a lot of profit if players can't make purchases? Not being able to contact the app store at the level failed stage makes Candy Crush unplayable and any player who has encountered this error is a fool to continue playing until this gets fixed.
Having the same problem. error connecting to app store. Had same problem a few months ago but it was corrected. Now it's happening again
when is this going to be fixed? Although I have boosters, not enough to get me past all the harder levels in an episode, since I can’t access my 260 gold bars. I won’t dare to log out of my account to risk losing all my boosters. Soon I’ll just be doing the daily booster claims & that will be it for the day. Please fix this
Im not to conect to apps store..? Why?
we are already logged out from CC while it says already mentioned that we are not connected!!So nothing helps and we did already so many turn off and again on!It would be nice that they fix it so it works for everyone!!
After a couple of frustrating weeks, the last update (7/17) fixed it for me BUT it wasn't automatic. I did the following AFTER getting the update:

Yes same here!!! I've been stuck on a level and I have 30 bars. Super annoying. And can not purchase anything. It won't even show me the app store. And this has been an issue for months!!
Still not sorted. Nearly a month now. It’s ridiculous. Come on King. Get it fixed please.
And I would also really like to save my game progress but I'm still not able to due to the game not being able to connect to the internet. As you can see in the bottom right hand corner, I do indeed have WiFi and I'm using it now…

It's funny, because I already reported this issue about 2 months ago and nobody cares. I guess, some people of the engineering team were fired and everything is crashing in the backend now. 😂

On a 20 level Candy Royale with only a few episodes left to be with the gold coin reward at 200 this happens. Give me my gold coins

All day on only one device, it won't connect to app store. Same problem.
Same problem playing on PC. Also won't let me save progress… Tells me "You're offline. Connect to Internet and try again," when I am on online! Started the app via the Microsoft Store…
Hi @NeilK, I know how you feel. I'm waiting to save my game progress via email but that keeps telling me I'm offline when I'm in fact the opposite!
It would be a shame to lose all that I have achieved…

@Tranterbleu. It’s ridiculous isn’t it. I get no extra bonuses/spins at the beginning or end of each game. Nor can I give or receive extra lives. And like you I am unable to save my game or progress as it says I’m not connected to Wi-Fi. I have raised this a few times since the beginning of July but yet to have any response from anyone.

I don’t think anyone at ‘King’ monitors these chats. Every time I email them I get a response saying ‘try this/try that’, none of which work. Or they suggest the Community. And all you get is responses from fellow users who have the same problem.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
