Connecting to App Store issue

I have deleted the app from all my devices and reinstalled and done everything suggested but at the end of the game it says “Keep Playing? Connecting to App Store…” and it just spins and never connects. Is this a known issue? I have lost all my boosters trying to keep reinstalling and am not a very happy person!

Hello @LizCray the issue of not being able to connect to the app store is an ongoing issue for a lot of people at the moment. The issue is being investigated by King as you can read about in the thread linked below.

Please do not uninstall your app.
