@QueenB I have not received my gold bars from the winter cup yet. It normally would come on the 1st of the month as promised. Could you check on the issue or do we need to start sending our Player id again. Thanks

Your game have been affected by the issue so you will need to request for the Gold Bars to be added every month, I'm happy to do this for you, I just need a friendly reminder sometimes š
So when was the last time you got your rewards this year?
@christinewupp True I got only 6 months out of the year last year on the event. Reported it many times to support and still didn't get them. Lol half the time support had no idea what I was talking about. This year so far I didn't get them 3 months so far. Get it 1 month then they will skip a month.
@QueenB my id14207161654. So what you're saying is if you are not in this forum to provide your ID you will just not get the gold bars? There is probably thousands of players that won this event that cannot give you this information that will not get the gold bars. That's pretty sad @QueenB .
Unfortunately, there was an issue with the automatic payout of Gold Bars, so some players will need to reach out to us so we can manually add them. If players donāt provide their ID numbers, they might not receive their rewards. I'll be here at the beginning of each month, so Iāll gladly help those who need their Gold Bars added manually.
If you know someone who missed their rewards, please encourage them to reach out š

@QueenB Just received my 100 gold bars today for September however still no news for the past two months
I remember that you reported the same trouble last year @cookiemae , because your comments then were the reason I decided not to bother competing in the Winter Cup. So it's happening again this year and I'm glad I didn't bother trying to win the event! So much hassleā¦. It's not the first month this is happening.

See guys game developer can have option to sustain the Ad inside the game. Without Ad for rewards or lives, this game is not interest to play. Since I crossed 8k plus levels. My personal opinion is Ad for rewards create interest to play and move on to next level. So please I am requesting to make Ad appear into my game andā¦
What do you do when you're stuck on a hard level
I've been getting burned alot lately. When I'm out of moves & I choose to watch the ads for bonus moves & such,when I get to the 3rd & most important bonus,the ad pops up,but it has the arrow that spins in circles on it. I'm unable to watch the ad & therefore lose out on the bonus. This has caused me to lose races,streaksā¦
