Where are my rewards

I'm on level 1389 and have passed through win streaks 1-19 (chocolate egg). However, I did not receive the rewards for levels 17,18 or 19. Has this been discontinued or has something gone wrong with the game? Help appreciated please.

ALSO… is it worth waiting for points for the extra tiles at the end of a game or is it better simply to 'skip' these? Do they count for any additional games I might be playing at the same time, eg, Candy Cup? Thank you.
