I can't update Bubble Witch 3 on a kindle fire HD 11th grn
customer support said there are no updates more recent than the one I have: 7.39.18

I contacted King customer support and they told me that the BBW3 in my Fire is up to date and there is no later update. The update your App message is a bug.
and if you go to the King website and go to BBW3, the official website lists three sources to get the app: Apple, Google Play, and Amazon where the Fires are listed as supported.

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
