I have 16 spoons but does not do anything Here are my screenshots cannot collect anything just always get the same screens

I’m playing CCS and the Bakers box event. I have 52 spoons but cannot get past the instructions to use them.

I was writing to ask you what is happening when you try to use the Spoons! But, thank you for replying back and providing more details.
I do not have this feature yet! Hence (except for reading from other players' explanation). I am not fully aware on how the feature works!In your above screenshot, I notice there is "Tap to continue" button. What is happening when you click on it?

I have reported to the Community In-charge about this isuse! But, we will not be receiving any reply till tomorrow as they do not work over the weekends.
We have other complaints too! But, for some players, the event is ending in few hours😕

There are few complaints by players saying that they are not able to use the spoons! Are you experiencing any glitches like that OR just trying to find out as this feature is new in your game?

Takes me back into the map so nothing. Now I have 84 useless spoons

Thank you both for reporting this and sharing the screenshots. What happens when you tap on the frosting? Does nothing happen?
After collecting spoons, you need to tap on the frosting to uncover the items, does that not work?

It won’t let me tap anything but the one square with the text box always just the demo but I do collect spoons just can’t do anything with them now the event is over so can’t get anything
