I continue to collect the games' currency of spoons but no award is triggered and thre is no award chart.
This event has appeared in my Candy Crush game again today and is still not working. I had the same issue as last time this event ran. Right now I have 7 spoons that I cannot use to smash the boxes to reveal the baked goods underneath.
I contacted King Customer Care on August 17, 2024 regarding the same issue I had with 77 Spoons and again with no response regarding this issue. I am operating on an Android Device.

We understand that some of you experienced issues with the recent event, Baker’s Box and the spoons not working.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have communicated the details to the studio to ensure these issues are resolved for the next iteration as this was just a test.

once you have spoons, keep tapping on the frosting in the box to uncover things to achieve your rewards 😊

I do not have this feature yet! Hence (except for reading from other players' explanation). I am not fully aware on how the feature works!
In your above screenshot, I notice there is "Tap to continue" button. What is happening when you click on it?
I’m playing CCS and the Bakers box event. I have 52 spoons but cannot get past the instructions to use them.
I have 16 spoons but does not do anything Here are my screenshots cannot collect anything just always get the same screens

Thank you for the screenshot! Yes! It definitely looks like the feature is glitchy in your game!
Did you try to logout - close the App - turning off the device and restarting after 5 to 10 minutes - reopen the App and log back in? If you did not yet, can you please try and see if it works?
The Community in-charge won't be here till tomorrow as they do not work in the weekends. I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and send them a complaint. I am not sure how much help they can be as this is very new feature! But, you can try🤔
So it doesn't open into a playable page... the screenshot is what happens if I press on bakers box from either the map or the events tab... thins it's an error but I can't change it and I have around 40 spoons and it expires in less than a day
This event worked for me Do you see the Bakers Box in your game? It looks to me like on your screenshot you have a screen inside another screen. Is that the explanation screen? This thread explains how the event works. Click on "view post" and then go to page 2 of that thread.

I now have the event in my game and I find it similar to Battleship game we used to play as children. You need to tap on the cake to find the shapes of the cookies shown above. Each spoon lets you uncover one square, so tap wisely looking at the shapes you need to find.

Last time I had over 30 and could not collect anything
I have 30 spoons but I can't access the baker's box.
Which events or feature are you play ?
I have collected spoons but when I go to bakers box it only allows the example.

Few players have asked about this feature today! May be it is not working as it should be🤔
The basic step would be to use the spoons on the candy circles to scoop out the pink things that are blocking the hidden items!!

We have other complaints too! But, for some players, the event is ending in few hours😕

After collecting spoons, you need to tap on the frosting to uncover the items, does that not work?

It won’t let me tap anything but the one square with the text box always just the demo but I do collect spoons just can’t do anything with them now the event is over so can’t get anything

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We've reported the problem with the spoons in the Baker’s Box event to the team, and they are looking into it 😉
We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after experiencing it before. Unfortunately, this is still under testing so you might still have this issue until the event ends but hopefully, you will have a better experience next time they run it 🤞
Forgot to ask, so when you tap on the frosting, nothing happens? Have you tried tapping other areas than the one that the tutorial is showing?
Thanks for reaching out to me. Unfortunately it won't let me tap on any other areas on this screen. It is frozen on the tutorial page which is the same as last week when I had this particular event. Have a great weekend 🙂

I have reached out to King Customer Care again to explain my issues with the Baker's Box. They assured me that the issues I was having were fixed with the last update. I replied and confirmed that my Android Tablet is set to automatic updates and the last update five days ago have not resolved this issue. Screenshot shot below has already been provided to Customer Care. The last time this event ran I collected 70+ spoons with the same issues. Particulars also provided to Customer Care with no response other than a feedback form for referring me to the Community.

I can confirm that the Player Support team has received a few more reports similar to yours, and they’ve flagged this to the team in charge. The team will need to continue working on this feature, and they apologize for the trouble it’s causing.
I know that this is frustrating, but we thank you for your patience while they work on resolving the issue.
