I continue to collect the games' currency of spoons but no award is triggered and thre is no award chart.
This event has appeared in my Candy Crush game again today and is still not working. I had the same issue as last time this event ran. Right now I have 7 spoons that I cannot use to smash the boxes to reveal the baked goods underneath.
I contacted King Customer Care on August 17, 2024 regarding the same issue I had with 77 Spoons and again with no response regarding this issue. I am operating on an Android Device.

We understand that some of you experienced issues with the recent event, Baker’s Box and the spoons not working.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have communicated the details to the studio to ensure these issues are resolved for the next iteration as this was just a test.

You are 💯 percent correct. I have been saying this for months and I believe you even commented on my post when I asked this very direct question. Unfortunately, the biggest problem is that no one will come out and say it so we can stop contacting King Customer Care looking for answers.
King Customer Care continues to refer us to the Community with a link which is like looking for a needle in a haystack instead of a direct link that addresses the actual online submission.
I was given 20 Gold Bars which which I believe is their way for me to stop with the submissions but it still doesn't address the problem.
Honesty is still the best policy and I just wish someone whether it is from Customer Care or within the Community to be honest with everyone about what is actually happening to eliminate all these unnecessary emails and posts.

@Colleen Companion Welsh I believe that this community is now becoming support for King. I really feel they have so many issues with the game that they are not able to handle the number of emails they get so send them here. The community need to be revamped to accommodate the change.
Thank you again for getting back to me. My email this morning (pasted below) suggests this to me which is even more frustrating simply because the link provided does not answer any direct questions with respect to the Baker's Box event. This event is also not listed under events tab in the help section of Candy Crush which again provides no assistance.
Perhaps if Customer Care is continually referring players to the Community for assistance there should be a direct link provided to the specific issue identified rather than have members speculate where the appropriate answer might be found.

I can confirm that the Player Support team has received a few more reports similar to yours, and they’ve flagged this to the team in charge. The team will need to continue working on this feature, and they apologize for the trouble it’s causing.
I know that this is frustrating, but we thank you for your patience while they work on resolving the issue.
I have reached out to King Customer Care again to explain my issues with the Baker's Box. They assured me that the issues I was having were fixed with the last update. I replied and confirmed that my Android Tablet is set to automatic updates and the last update five days ago have not resolved this issue. Screenshot shot below has already been provided to Customer Care. The last time this event ran I collected 70+ spoons with the same issues. Particulars also provided to Customer Care with no response other than a feedback form for referring me to the Community.

Forgot to ask, so when you tap on the frosting, nothing happens? Have you tried tapping other areas than the one that the tutorial is showing?

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We've reported the problem with the spoons in the Baker’s Box event to the team, and they are looking into it 😉
We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after experiencing it before. Unfortunately, this is still under testing so you might still have this issue until the event ends but hopefully, you will have a better experience next time they run it 🤞

It won’t let me tap anything but the one square with the text box always just the demo but I do collect spoons just can’t do anything with them now the event is over so can’t get anything

After collecting spoons, you need to tap on the frosting to uncover the items, does that not work?
Takes me back into the map so nothing. Now I have 84 useless spoons

I have reported to the Community In-charge about this isuse! But, we will not be receiving any reply till tomorrow as they do not work over the weekends.
