Why am I still getting connection issues ?

It has been months since I have been able to purchase any gold bars or anything on candy crush saga and solitaire grand harvest? Everything was fine up to a couple of months ago then it keeps saying there is a connection issue?

Still waiting to be able to purchase gold bars really getting irritated. Solitaire grand harvest is doing the same thing? Please fix the problem. I have no problem on monopoly go and golf rival. This connection issue has been going on for almost a year!!
