I was told to delete and reinstall the app as well. When I did that all of my boosters were gone? I have hundreds. Now I read that if I delete the app they erase all the boosters with my saved progress. What is the point of saving?

The screen freezes whenever I click on Treasure Hunt in Candy Crush Saga. Its very annoying as I need the boosters to help me pass levels
