Since you have enough space on your iPhone, let's try clearing the cache to see if it helps with the Treasure Hunt issue. Even if you have tried this before, please give it another go 🙏
Here's how you can do it on iOS:
Clear Cache on iOS:
After doing this, restart your device and try accessing the Treasure Hunt feature again.
will this cause me to lose my gold bars and all the levels I’ve passed?
No, it should not! Your game progress and Gold Bars should be backed up to our server while your boosters and lives are backed up on your device.
I assume you use iCloud to backup your games on your device correct? If yes, your boosters should also be saved.
I offloaded the app and reinstalled it. It is still not working.
Hmm… I will need to get someone to test this and see if we can duplicate this issue. Can you please provide me with your Game ID?
