Hi @NacharamHemalatha welcome to the Community 🤗 sadly not everyone gets adverts, King decide whose game they will be put on. Have you ever had adverts? If you have, have you ever spent any real money on the game? If so this is the main reason they get taken away and never returned.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
