the game is freezing constantly when you get extra moves video. And you loose everything. Let’s hope their techs can get moving. I have lost too many boosters the game is getting really bad to play.

Is your game freezing while watching the Ad videos only or while playing the levels also?

If the issue is only while watching the Ad videos but not in the actual game, then, the glitch would in the game itself but, not with your connection.
Just wondering!! The Ads that are freezing — do you see any regularity? For example, couple of months ago, many players were having issue with McDonalds Ad, which took a while to resolve!!

There were a couple of other reports for the same problem in the last days.
The freezing is when watching the ads, according to the reports.
Then nothing moves and the only solution for them is to exit!
it freezes on all adds sometime extra moves sometimes just adds. not only mine but others in our retirement home

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
Why I am getting ads to get prizes?
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
