Candy crush level not correct on vacation

Question

Hello! I am from the US but vacationing in Grand Cayman. How do I get my cc to reflect the correct level? I updated the app and I’m connected to the WiFi here but it shows I’m only on level 4. Do I need to update my country settings somewhere?

There is nothing wrong in your game and you did not lose your game progress either!

You have unlocked a new feature called "Adventure Path" 🌟🌟

I heard that it is fun to play and you receive rewards after completing certain number levels too!  I don't have it in my game, hence, cannot provide any details from my experience.  But, please see if you find any useful information in this thread —> All about Adventure Path 🌟

If you are logged into your original account, it does not matter where you are located!  And, I don't think you going to Grand Cayman from US is the reason for you to lose your level progress!

I believe that you do have strong internet connection, because you cannot post in this Community without internet👍️
