If the troubleshooting steps did not work, it definitely means that your game is also affected by the glitch that others are experiencing.
Please keep an eye on the main thread for any updates on the issue (by clicking on the Green letters) —> Error connecting to Store in the game.
Once again, please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue🙏

Which device are you using? Can you please tell me how long has it been going on? Did you try any troubleshooting steps and see if the issue will be resolved?
If the issue in your game like the one that other players are experiencing, then there is nothing you can do to fix it! The Candy Studio is investigating the issue and they will bring in a fix. We just have to wait for it. But, please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
