All I get is a computer generated answer.. Nothing has been resolved.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
That generic response is the initial reply that players receive after sending our first complaint. We have to send a reply through that automated email and explain the issue. If you have any screenshots or screen recordings, that would help to build the case even better.
Contacting the King Player Support is a time consuming (and patience testing) procedure! But, the key is to not give up😉

I won 2 races and CC did not give entire 30 Gold bars…So I contacted CC and problem was not resolved.
Today I started playing and game showed only 5 Gold Bars. After a while they were gone!! . Making it 3 separate incidents. (Note: This last game I did not win but the two before, I did)

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
