this level keeps freezing.

It's a bug indeed. The game freezes when the frog glows but is caged and covered in ice, making it impossible to make any moves. All I can suggest is to try to avoid this happening. The ice over the frog needs to be removed before making the frog glow.
This level has been reported multiple times before, but it still hasn't been fixed.

Force close the app by double clicking the home button and sliding up on the app. Then start it again. If that doesn't help, restart your device.
