Why cant i log in with facebook ?

I just got a new ipad and when i try to connect to the game using facebook it brings me to the login page of facebook where i access correctly but then when it brings me back into the game is says that the combination of my email and password is incorrect.

It is not because of facebook, the credentials are correct and i can connect to it without problems.

I am also connected to the game with facebook on my phone but i dont understand why i cant do it from the ipad.

I already tried to ask for support by sending an email but the only answer i get is an auto generated email with some possible solutions that i have tried but dont work.

I have tried all the options you metioned and also tried to contact at that link but i only received the an autoamtic response which suggested some solution that i also tried.

First, try restarting your iPad and see if that helps Candy Crush spring back to life. If not, checking for app updates in the App Store might do the trick. Developers frequently release updates to fix bugs and glitches. Another common issue could be an unstable internet connection.

If this not works , Please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can check up what happened in your game.
