Why I am not getting adds for extra moves or lives in candy crush

You might be missing the Ad videos because these are still in testing mode! When the features are under testing, they will be moved from one group to another group. So, if your testing period is over, you won't see the Ads anymore for a while (nobody knows how long that is)!
But, if you have received Ads once, you will receive them again… just a matter of time!
As a player, all you need to do is - make sure that you update the App regularly; there is at least 2 GB free space on your device memory and you are active in the game. All these will increase the chance for you to receive the Ads again.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
