i was winning de race on the last week and suddenly somebody pass me with 16 tousand completed level. I tought that have something wrong.
Not so much a fake score @CrisEisfeld but a score that has been produced by an error in the game's coding.
This error and ones similar have been occurring for years now and it is a real shame that King hasn't fixed them.
I am afraid all you can do is contact King Player Support to highlight the issue. It should be obvious even to King that no one can complete 16,000 levels in seven days If you contact them they might provide you with some boosters as compensation for losing the Weekly Contest

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
