the silver chocolate box is frozen on the candy crush app connected to my iPad . Mobile device isn’t a problem . How can I fix this ? I can’t get to the map

To get back to the map on your iPad, you will have to force close the game — restart the device — then reopen the App.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
