Hello, just wondering what is going on. I've tried everything on my end but it keeps glitching/freezing up and I cannot even play. Started a couple days ago when getting a candy for the candy box rewards. Wouldn't let me hit the continue button. I have sound, animations are happening in the background but the screen is now gray. I've logged out, back in, turned game on/off. Restarted my computer and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I'm having same issue. On top of that I lost a lot of rewards I was about to earn and had going at the time. This is a screenshot of what is going on. Things are moving in the background, I hear sound, but yet I can't click on anything to move on or try to play a level.

It is not just Candy Crush Saga! It is the same with all other games that are available on Facebook - Browser version!
If you have access to a mobile device, please try to use that for time being. My iPad game seems to be working fine (for now)π€

You are experiencing an issue what I call as "Grey Issue"!! It will usually clears by itself within a day or two! And, sometimes, it will take a week (max)!!
But, please send a complaint to the King Player Support team directly from your game, so that, they can record the issue on their side by following below stepsβ¬οΈ
You will be receiving an automated email, which is like an acknowledgement. Please send a reply through that email itself and attach the screenshot you posted above. Also, describe the issue in detail.
You should be hearing back from an agent within 72 hours (max)! Even if it delayed, please don't give up and keep sending a reminder every other day.
** If the issue gets resolved by itself as I mentioned in the beginning, please let the Player Support team know about that as well.

Please try this β> Log out of Facebook β close the browser tabs β shutdown your device β give it few minutes β restart the device and open Edge β Log into Facebook and see if the game loads.
If it didn't, please let me know.
Let me check if any of my Facebook group members have posted anything about game not coming up!
