In general, contacting the Player Support team is a time consuming, patience testing process (as they are very busy looking after 12 King Saga games)! Hence, I would suggest you to please be patience and don't give up!
After sending your complaint, you will be receiving an automated email. Please don't pay attention to it as it is generic and all of us receive that after sending a compliant. Please send a reply through that automated email itself and explain the issue with the Win Streak.
If you have any screenshots, you should send those too, as it will help the PS team to understand the issue better!
