    Everything seemed fine. I got all of my boosters back but I didn't get my win streak back and, after playing a few games and winning after the first try, I'm still now getting a streak showing.

    The Kingsters in the Community have left already (they are overseas)! If you can wait till Monday, that would be great, as I can ask our Candy Community In-charge!

    In general, contacting the Player Support team is a time consuming, patience testing process (as they are very busy looking after 12 King Saga games)! Hence, I would suggest you to please be patience and don't give up!

    After sending your complaint, you will be receiving an automated email. Please don't pay attention to it as it is generic and all of us receive that after sending a compliant. Please send a reply through that automated email itself and explain the issue with the Win Streak.
    If you have any screenshots, you should send those too, as it will help the PS team to understand the issue better!

    Hope everything goes ok and you will see the Win-streak back again!

    Hooray! I played about 6 more games and suddenly everything returned to what it should be. The streak is back. Thank you so much for your help.(and being patient with ME. 😀)
