I had to reinstall my game and have lost all my lives and boosters!!!!

I am sorry to know that you have reinstalled your game because of this issue! This specific issue will not be resolved with the reinstallation😕 Unfortunately, nobody knows the reason behind this glitch! The Studio team is not able to find it when they check on their side! And, this glitch usually resolves by itself!
Please follow these steps to send a complaint to King Player Support team, so they can record in their system⬇️
I hope the Grey screen will be cleared soon and you will be able to play the game again🤞
I can't even do that as it's just frozen on a darkened screen and I can't move or tap anything at all....thank you anyway! X

How about you do not play any new levels but, log into the game everyday and collect boosters from - Daily Treat Machine (if you have that), Booster Wheel, Chocolate Box and any other extra features like Season Pass that can be finished by playing old levels!
This way, you can build up boosters and stay active in the game! In my experience, we have to stay active in the game to receive new features!

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Unfortunately, that is the side-affect of reinstalling the game. Only the game progress and the Gold Bars are saved to game Servers! But, the boosters & lives are saved to the device local storage. Hence, when we delete the game, all the data related to the game will also be deleted!
If you lost any of your purchased boosters, please contact the King Player Support team and request them for reimbursement.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
