Candy crush screen turned dim and unable to play.

I tried logging into my account on several devices. I usually play candy crush on laptop and also my phone but since today when I tried to play candy crush on all devices, the screens turn dim and I cant play it at all. Sometimes I can get into the game just before the screen turns dim. After completing one level, it turns dim again and I can't continue. My email is *

Are you still experiencing the Grey screen issue or is it resolved?

If you are still experiencing it, it is just a glitch that has been affecting few players for some unknown reason!

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to fix it! The game Studio also cannot do anything as they cannot detect the issue on their side! But, the good thing is the issue is getting fixed on it's own! For some players, it took a day or two! And, for some players, it took a week!!

Note: Please do not reinstall the game, as it will not resolve the issue and you will lose all your saved boosters on that particular device!
