Looks like you are asking about "Help a Friend" feature! We cannot ask our friends to play a level for us as it is the game system that sends requests to pass a level for our friends.
I would suggest you to keep playing the level without using any boosters and not wasting your lives. Hopefully, after a while, the system will be triggered and ask your friends to play your level.
NOTE: Please be aware that even if your friends play your level, you will not be moved forward in the map. You will only receive some boosters to help with your level.
If you need any tips to win your level, please let us know which level you are playing and we will try to help!
