Missing gold bars after winning the episode races

Hi, anyone had the issue of receiving fewer gold bars than the system specified after winning episode races? I have won 50-60 races, but each time received five fewer bars. When the game indicated I won 40 gold bars, I’d only receive 35. This happened on every race I won, so it has been very frustrating. I asked tech support and they could not help.

I‘ve been playing on my iPad. Anyone else had seen this? Thanks!!

Sometimes the rewards from the Episode Races can take a little detour before reaching your game account.

Here's what you can do:

1. Make sure your game is connected to the internet. Sometimes, a quick connection check does the trick!
2. If you've already tried closing and reopening the game, the next step is to reach out to our support team. You can contact them directly through the game's settings menu. Tap on the 'Settings' gear icon, then select 'Help Center' and 'Contact Us.'

When reaching out, it would be super helpful to include:

• Your game ID or the email address associated with your game account.
• The date and approximate time you finished the races.
• A mention that you were expecting your gold bars for finishing first in two Episode Races.

Our team will leap into action and investigating what happened

Thanks Kiara for your prompt response! I did indeed reach out to the support exam and provide all my information and screen shots of three races when this happened. They looked into it but could not find out why that happened nor provide any solutions. That’s why I’m posting to this community to ask if anyone else had the same issue.

Yes, I just came on here to complain about the same thing. I won two episode races today, and should have collected a total of 60 gold bars, but received none. I will contact support and hope that I get a good result.
