I am sorry to hear that you did not receive a reward of UFO booster in your game!
Which feature was it that did not give you the reward? Which device are you using?
Is it a “timed” UFO booster? If so, did you make sure that you played the game immediately after collecting the gift? I have noticed that we claim a timed booster reward, the timer on it starts running immediately and hence, if I delay playing the game, my booster would already expire!! Do you think this might have happened in your game too?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
