Is there a problem with your ads?

Question

When I get to the end of a level and extra moves are offered for watching an ad - the ad does not play - it freezes as soon as it starts.  This happens with unity ads.  I have tried reporting this to unity for about a week, but the problem has not been corrected.  I don't mind watching an ad that plays, this is very frustrating.

I would suggest you to report all of these freezing Ads to King Player Support team.  You can report the Ads directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
* In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
* The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
* Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.

When the ad comes up it just freezes.  The ad from Unity has a small icon of a hand - palm down that I am able to click.  When I click this icon there is a screen that asks if you want to report an issue with the ad.  I have clicked saying that the ad doesn't load.  A few seconds later the ad closes and returns you to the game without offering the "reward"
